We are sad to announce that on May 9, 2021, at the age of 88, Lloyd Jewel Toms of West Frankfort, Illinois, born in Benton, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Toms and Evelyn Toms (Carrier); his wife Colleen Toms (Cundiff); and his siblings, Gordon Toms, Jimmy Toms, Paul Toms and Darlene Maglica.
He is survived by: his children, Wayne Toms (Cindy) of Benton, Jennita Foley (Bill) of Denver, CO, Deborah Olsen (Steve) of Grandridge, Illinois, Gail Gauldin of Benton and Michelle Brown (Derick) of Herrin; and his siblings, Lewis Toms (Kay) of Mountain View, Lindell Toms of West Frankfort and Dalphene Craig of Tacoma, WA.. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, it is recommended that mask's be worn and social distancing be observed.
Memorial contributions can be made to Hospice of Southern Illinois or to the Church of Christ of Orient and will be accepted at the funeral home.
