He is survived by: his wife Mary Page; his daughter Debbie Mocaby (Paul); his grandchildren, Shannon Holder (Brian Jude) and Lewis Mocaby; his great grandchildren, Kyle Slaton (Tara Walker), Chloe Mocaby and Hannah Jude; and his great great grandchildren, Aubree Slaton and Marleigh Slaton. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousin.
