We are sad to announce that on January 21, 2021, at the age of 66, Kevin Eugene Cook of West Frankfort, Illinois, born in Du Quoin, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Eugene and Audrey Louise Cook (Routson); and his son Kory Cook. He is survived by: his wife Debra Kay Swayne; his daughter Jennifer Najmabadi (Nathan) of Rockwall, TX; his grandchildren, Kaleb Najmabadi of Rockwall, TX and Kinsley Najmabadi of Rockwall, TX; and his sisters, Deanna Boyd of Du Quoin and Debbie Waller of Benton, KY. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
