He was predeceased by: his parents, William Harold Wininger and Cloeva Mae Wininger (Armes); his grandson Brently Wininger; his siblings, Rick, Don Wininger and Kay Wininger; and his stepfather Bert Meacham.
He is survived by: his wife Lisa Wininger (Joplin); his children, Scott Wininger (Megan) of Marion, Calvin Wininger (Reanne) of Herrin, Christy Wininger (David Reed) of West Frankfort and Kimberly Tuttle (Scott) of West Frankfort; and his siblings, Dean Wininger (Wendy) of West Frankfort, Leon Wininger (Patti) of Thompsonville, Larry Wininger (Betsy) of West Frankfort, Mike Wininger of West Frankfort, Gerald Delgy (Dianna) of Reno, NV. and Rita Couch (Mike) of Johnston City. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
