He was predeceased by: his parents, Beverly Weaver and Betty Weaver (Erthall); and his brother Terry Allen Weaver. He is survived by: his children, Troy Newman (Melissa) of Fairview, Jonathan Weaver of West Frankfort and Ashley Weaver of Nashville; his sister JoLinda Marlow (David) of Royalton; his nephew Brad Weaver (Jacqui) of St. Louis; and his niece Christina Campbell (Billy) of Maple Groove. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
