She is survived by: her son Heath Koehl (Crystal); her siblings, Vivian Frazier, Suzanne Crabtree, Marilyn Morgan and Charles "Chuck" Prusaczyk; her grandchildren, Braxston Koehl (Kailei) and Bryauna Smith; and her great grandchild Brekhen. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
