She was predeceased by: her parents, Hughey Weemer and Myrtle Weemer (Canull); her husband Harry Eugene Neibel; and her daughter Donna Gleghorn. She is survived by: her daughters, Leslie Neibel (James Thiele), Breanna Neibel (Bradley Sharp), Ann Karcher (Andy Karcher) and Linda Rice; her siblings, Ray Elliott (Brenda Tuggle), Ronnie Weemer (Janet Baker), Don Weemer (Winnie Weemer) and Joann Lamczyk; and her grandchildren, Ashley Alexander, Amber Carmickle, Jordan Garner, John Joplin, Trevor Joplin and Brittany Joplin. She is also survived by sixteen great grandchildren; one great great grandchild.
