She was predeceased by: her parents, William P. McGhee and Lola McGhee (Kinsel); her husband Carl O. Conaughty; her sons, Martin Conaughty, Patrick Conaughty and Kevin Conaughty; her grandson John P. Chismar; her siblings, John McGhee (Margaret), Mary Waggener (Ed), Patricia McKie (Tom), James McGhee (Patsy), Bill McGhee (Sue) and Delores McGhee; her son-in-law Larry Peters; and her brother-in-law Paul Culpepper.
She is survived by: her children, Katherine Reed (Hugh), Connie Peters, Charlie Conaughty, Thomas Conaughty, Elizabeth Witkewicz (Pete), Mary Jackanicz (Andy) and Caroline Brennan (Mike); and her sister Betty Culpepper. She is also survived by twenty-six grandchildren, nineteen great grandchildren.
DUE TO HEALTH CONCERNS RELATED TO COVID-19: visitation limit of 50 person capacity at one time; funeral limit to 50 persons; facial coverings required; and social distancing yourself from others.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. John's Catholic School and will be accepted at the funeral home.
