He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Savarino and Alberta Savarino (Panaud); and his stepdaughter Melissa Alexander. He is survived by: his significant other Betty Alexander of West Frankfort; his sons, Douglas Savarino (Dottie) and Joey Savarino; and his stepdaughters, Wendy Humphrey (Brent Felty), Katie McCarrin (Matt) and Rebecca Alexander. He is also survived by two brothers, two sisters and several nieces and nephews.
