He was predeceased by: his father David Clark; his siblings, Alyssa and Ryan; his uncles, Terry, George Clark and Jim; his aunt Mary Donkin; his grandparents, William, Mildred Clark, John and Dorothy Donkin; and his stepgrandfather Perry Luton.
He is survived by: his mother Linda Clark (Donkin); his uncle Tom (Wanda Donkin); his aunt Jenny Clark; and his cousins, Matt Donkin, Marcie Bono (Ken), Kimberly Haner, Sean Donkin (Jennifer), Georgina Clark and Matt Clark.
Memorials may be made to the St. Mark's Episcopal Church and will be accepted at the funeral home.
