It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Patrick Chismar (West Frankfort, Illinois), who passed away on September 11, 2018, at the age of 42, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father John; his stepfather Larry Peters; and his grandparents, Carl Conaughty, Albert Chismar and Emily Chismar.
He is survived by: his mother Connie Peters; his son Ben Chismar; his grandmother Jo Conaughty; his stepsiblings, Mark Peters, John Peters and Sarah Peters; and also Myriah Oestrerreich. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the St. John's Cemetery Fund and will be accepted at the funeral home.
