He was predeceased by: his parents, John Maddaleno Sr. and Irene Maddaleno (Nanni); his wife Gloria Maddaleno (Pugh); his son Bruce Maddaleno; and his brother Fred Maddaleno.
He is survived by: his children, Tina Maddaleno of Okawville and Joe Maddaleno (Stacy) of Okawville; his grandchildren, Josh Maddaleno (Shannon) of Hillsboro and Meghan Biggs (Matt) of Mascoutah; and his great grandchildren, Ethan, Carsen, Avery, Caden and Collin.
