He is survived by: his children, Nicole Hood-Dolderer (David) of Buckner and Travis Hood of Herrin; his former wife Holly Hood of West Frankfort; his siblings, Judy Gladbach (Donnie) of Columbia, Missouri, Chuck Hood (Anita) of Kansas City and Kenneth Hood (Claudia) of Port St; and his close friends, Gary and Elaine Lamar. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
