She was predeceased by: her husband Brad Williams; her daughter Christina Williams Woods; her parents, Vernie Mercer and Ann Mercer (Simko); her parents-in-law, Eddie Ray and Kathleen Williams; and her brother-in-law Don R. Williams.
She is survived by: her daughter Cathy (Tom Clansen); her grandsons, Bradley, Riley Clansen of Santa Ana, California and Wesley Romack of Cape Girardeau, Missouri; her niece Roxanne Davis of Bloomington, IL; her nephew Chris Williams of Lake; and her cousins, Bill Griggs (Shirley), Phyllis Crader, Martha Speers (Mark) and Lisa Mercer.
Due to COVID 19 restrictions, funeral's and visitation's are restricted to 50 or fewer people in attendance. it is recommended that you wear a mask.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Friends of Franklin County Animal Shelter.
