He was predeceased by: his father Jerry Vernon Warren; and his grandparents, Chuck, Neva Drake, Ernest and LaVere Warren.
He is survived by: his mother Karen Warren (Drake); his daughter Sadie Warren; and his siblings, Chuck (Sally Saul), Derren Wortman and Lara Short (Charlie). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
Funeral services will be private due to the current CDC Guidelines that recommend that funeral homes adhere to limit public events to 10 or fewer people due to COVID-19.
Memorials may be made to Union Funeral Home to assist the family with funeral expenses.
