She is survived by: her children, Brad Wagner (Tina) of West Frankfort, Tammy Klok (David) of West Warwick, RI, Toni Hooper (Jay) of Johnston City and Teri Syers (Tom) of West Frankfort; and her grandchildren, Bradlenn Loeh, Jessi Davis, Brent Auten, Jerrod Wagner, Cori Arview, Megan Klok and Amber Webster. She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
