He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Hooker and Lillian Hooker (Hicks); and his sisters, Evelyn Hooker, Ruth Chambliss and Maxine Knapp.
He is survived by: his wife Pearl Hooker (Swalls); his children, Mike Hooker (Donna) of Fort Worth, Dena Knapp of West Frankfort and Carol Cross (Greg) of Benton; his grandchildren, Shauna Vargas, Joshua Clarke-Crews, Kyle LaBotte and Kelly Dexter; and his great grandchildren, Kadence LaBotte, Mateo Vargas and Dominic Vargas.
Memorial contributions can be made to the American Heart Association and will be accepted at the funeral home.
