He was predeceased by: his mother Betty Lou Barber (Filkins); his brother Glenn Richard Watkins Jr.; and his grandfather Filkins. He is survived by: his wife Desiree Barber (Aaron); his child Devon Noel Petroff (Nicholas Petroff); his grandchildren, Sophia Grace of Highland and Nathaniel Thomas of Highland; and his brother Arnold Barber of West Frankfort. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins and beloved pets.
