He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert T. York and Dorothy York (Merriman); and his brother Robert K. York. He is survived by: his daughter Valoree; his son-in-law Shane Hermetz; his son Jason; his daughter-in-law Jamie York (Martin); his sister Debby Ann York; and his grandchildren, Nathan, Rachel Hermetz and Jayden York.
