She was predeceased by: her parents, Ted Kaufman and Irene Kaufman; her sister Carol Helfrich (Kaufman) of West Frankfort; and her son Robert Pernitsky of Chicago. She is survived by: her husband Michael Fabsits of West Frankfort, Illinois.; and her children, Rebecca Wall (Eric), Rene Petritis (Richard), Debra Pernitsky, Julie, Shannon and Scott. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild and countless nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations would be appreciated and accepted to the St. Jude's Children's Hospital and will be accepted at the funeral home.
