He is survived by: his close friend Amanda Bottiaux; his children, Jerry (Shelby), Austin (Rachelle), Deidre (Alex), Taylor (Nick) and Shelby; his grandchildren, Lillian, Julian, Kaylin, Luka, Braelynne, Jacklynne, Jerry III, Kimberlynne and Jerilynne; and his sisters, Lisa Zappa and Renee Anthony (Rob). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
