It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Francis Marie Parrott (West Frankfort, Illinois), who passed away on December 28, 2018, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Martin and Rixie Martin; her husband James A. Parrott; her brothers, Prentice Martin and Jerrell Martin; her son-in-law Kevin Sileven; her grandchildren, Shaun Parrott and Ashley Parrott King; and her stepgrandson Dustin Walters.
She is survived by: her children, James Parrott, Jr. of West Frankfort, Frank Parrott (Melissa) of West Frankfort, Bill Parrott (Rose) of Panama City, FL and Mitzi Sileven of West Frankfort; and her siblings, Lonnie Martin of Stanley, NC, Betty Sims of Tyronza, AR and Peggy Brooks of Osceola, AR. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
