It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Elizabeth Sanders of West Frankfort, Illinois, born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on July 1, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Huff and Elizabeth "Betty" Huff (Modrak); her husband Ronnie; and her stepson Ron Jr.. She is survived by: her sister Helene Creed (family: Jamie Yaeger, Melissa Dale, William White, Rebecca Boxburger) of West Frankfort; her cousin Robert Hussmann of West Frankfort; her stepson Tom Sanders (Karen) of Colorado; her daughter-in-law Christine Sanders; and her cousins, Patty and Richard Shimkus of West Frankfort. She is also survived by five grandsons; one great grandson; several great-nieces and great-nephews.
