She was predeceased by: her parents, William McGhee and Lola McGhee (Kinsel); her husband Paul Wayne Culpepper; her son Richard Culpepper; and her siblings, John McGhee (Margaret), Patricia McKie (Tom), James McGhee (Patsy), Bill McGhee (Sue), Josephine Conaughty (Carl) and Sister Delores "Annie" McGhee D. O. C..
She is survived by: her children, Susan Aaron (Chris), Joseph Culpepper (Mary Beth) and Daniel Culpepper (Amy). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Memorials may be made to the St. John's Catholic School and will be accepted at the funeral home.
