She was predeceased by: her parents, William Roy Nolen and Pearl Nolen (Ice); and her former husband John W. Thomas. She is survived by: her husband Orville "Speedy" Frazier of West Frankfort; her children, Scott Thomas (Keri Richardson) of Benton and Rita Holden (Allen) of Herrin; her grandchildren, Ryan Androff (Jessie), Amanda Baker (Matt), Sean Gleghorn and Michael Thomas; her great grandchildren, Vanessa Baker, Daniel Baker, Gabriella Baker and Jaxon Baker; and her brothers, Roy Wayne Nolen (Zina) of West Frankfort, Don Nolen (Lora) of Marion and Tom Nolen (Carla) of Herrin.
Memorial contributions can be made to the Caldwell Baptist Church and will be accepted at the funeral home.
