Edwin Burke Pool Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edwin Burke Pool of West Frankfort, Illinois, who passed away on October 17, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Pool and Helen Pool (Metz); his mother-in-law Dora McDannald; his former wives, Dora Pool and Blanche Pool; his sons, Carroll E. Karraker and Scott L. Karraker Pool; and his siblings, Mary Rachel, Virginia Robinson, Doris Eckoff, Virgil E., Dean E. and Lyle M. Pool.
He is survived by: his mother-in-law Blanche Karraker (Rosson); his wife Sue Martin Pool; his children, Clifton T. Pool, Joyce C. Martin, Janet S. Schopp, Diane A. Fox and Tricia Martin Dick; and his brothers, Galen D. and Henry B. Pool. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and several great grandchildren; many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the church or religious institution of the Restoration Movements.
