He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellis August; his children, Cindy Newell (Shelly) of Huntingtown, Annette Keith (Kenneth) of Weatherford, Yvette Wickham Hopkinsville (Scot) and Charles Newell (Stacey) of Kansas City, Kansas.; his brother Ricky Newell of Christopher, Illinois; and his siblings-in-law, Clarence Rose, Clyde Ellis, Gary Ellis (Ginger), Emma Carrington and Linda Clark (Jim). He is also survived by 8 grandkids; 5 great-grandkids; several nieces and nephews.
