It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Childers of West Frankfort, Illinois, born in Benton, Illinois, who passed away on July 21, 2021, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Childers and Ruby Childers (Summers); and his siblings, Mike, Roger, Jackie, Betty Lou, Ronnie, Joann, Buddy, Victoria and Jerry.
He is survived by: his daughters, Misty Dawn Dimitroff and Bridgett Ann Childers; his grandchildren, Dustin and April; his siblings, Norman Childers of Herrin and Janet; his brother-in-law Steve Davis of Pittsburg; his siblings, Melody Earnhart of DuQuoin and LeRoy; his sister-in-law Kay Ingersoll of Herrin; his sister Alice; and his brother-in-law Frank Keller of Coello. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
