She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Silkwood and Flossie Silkwood (Lively); her husband John W. Hawkins; and her siblings, Beverly Johnson and Virgil Silkwood.
She is survived by: her sister Donna Weir of West Frankfort; and her nieces and nephews, James Silkwood, Timothy Johnson of Dyersburg, TN, Ginger Young (Terry), Terry Garner (Mike Cobb) of Jackson, TN and Christine Alexander (Jeff) of Memphis. She is also survived by great-nieces and nephews; other family members and many friends.
