He was predeceased by: his parents, William Clark and Mildred Clark (McClellan); his children, Alyssa and Ryan; and his brothers, Terry and George.
He is survived by: his wife Linda; his son Jordan; his siblings-in-law, Tom Donkin (Wanda) and Jenny Clark; his nieces and nephews, Kim Clark Haner, Jason Haner, Matt Clark, Matt Donkin, Marcie Bono (Ken), Kimberly Clark (Matt) and Georgina Clark; his great-nieces, Lauren Haner, Libby Haner, Tripp, Seeley and Fiona Bono; and his cousins, Brenda, Ferrell Davis and Charlene Manning.
