He was predeceased by: his mother Louise Helen Johnson (Migut); and his siblings, Tina Johnson and Kevin Johnson. He is survived by: his father Larry Johnson; his stepmother Fern "Sis" Johnson of Johnston City; his daughters, Hazel Dewall (Cody) and Kylee Johnson; his siblings, Larry Johnson Jr. (Sue), Jeffery Johnson (Kim), Sarah Johnson and Ted Johnson; and his stepbrothers, Loren and Danny Bergeson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
