She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Harold E. Shelby and Catherine Shelby; her husband Jon Hartley; her grandfather Jon; her children, Lynda Waters of Lakeland, FL, Joni Parker (Timothy) of Lakeland, FL and David Hartley (Barb) of St. Louis, MO; her grandchildren, Jared, Caleb, Bryce, Zachary, Jonathan, Cate and Lizzie; her son Charles; and her grandson Christopher Waters. She was also cherished by her husband, children and grandkids.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Hartley Art Gallery in Herrin, IL in support of community art programs, Memory Care Home Solutions in St. Louis, or Vitas Hospice in Lakeland, Florida.
