She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Meadows and Edith Meadows (Laws); her husband William Duncan Sr.; and her siblings, Rev. Jesse Meadows, Raymond Meadows, Louise Lewis and Irene Motsinger.
She is survived by: her brothers, Ernest Meadows of West Frankfort and Stanley Meadows (Doris) of Christopher; and her friend Hazel Andros. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
