He is survived by: his sons, Mike Meacham (Jan) of Troy, Scott Meacham (Dana) of Denver and Mark Meacham (Diane) of Danvers; his stepchildren, Don Wininger (Bonnie) of Benton, Dean (Wendy), Rita Couch (Mike) of Johnston City and Kay Wininger of West Frankfort; and his grandchildren, Michael Meacham (Janelle), Stacy Denbow (Shane), Blake Meacham, Taylor Stengl (Josh), Angela Hammes (Greg), Eric Meacham and Kyle Rinehart. He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren, 21 step grandchildren and 14 step great grandchildren.
