She was predeceased by: her mother Deloris LeVault (Tittle); and her brother Lloyd Wayne LeVault. She is survived by: her sons, Charles "Chuck" McCormick of St. Louis, Robert McCormick (Leah) of Rapid City and Cameron McCormick (Jennifer) of North Smithfield; her grandchildren, Charlee K. McCormick of St. Louis, Hannah West (Eric) of St. Louis, Elizabeth McCormick of St. Louis, Faith McCormick of Rapid City, Evan McCormick of Rapid City, Stella McCormick of North Smithfield and Abigail McCormick of North Smithfield; her father Wayne LeVault of West Frankfort, Illinois; and her sisters, Janee Kash of West City and Darla Sloan (Jim) of West Frankfort, Illinois. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
