She was predeceased by: her parents, William L. Crisman and Abby Louise Crisman (Owens); and her sons, Michael Lee Cease and Earl Smelcer. She is survived by: her husband Ronald Smelcer; her children, Vickie Sue Sharp of Benton, Meesha Lynn Surratt, Emerald R. Smelcer of West Frankfort, Robert Allen Sharp (Phyllis) of Joppa, Ronnie W. Smelcer (Margaret) of Bishop and Terry D. Smelcer of West Frankfort; and her siblings, Ed Crisman (Frances), Stuart Crisman, Doug Emery, Bill Crisman (Phyllis), Chris Crisman and Jennifer Crisman. She is also survived by several grandchildren & great grandchildren.
Those attending the service are reminded that customarily accepted social distancing guidelines are to be observed. The wearing of a face mask or covering is strongly encouraged.
