He is survived by: his wife Shirley Siem (Lomax); his children, Mark Siem and Joey Siem; his grandchildren, Ashley, Branden, Corrin, Nathan and Jake; his great grandchildren, Vincent, Jenna, Lucy and Ellie; and his daughter Patty Siem.
