He is survived by: his wife Nijole Svelnyte; his children, Mary Robin Filarski (Eric), Robert L., Jr. Mandalke (Cheryl) and Carolyn Mensching (Jonathan); his grandchildren, Jacob, Shelby, Samantha, Griffin, Jack, Bruce, Katy and Nicholas; his siblings, Aaron Mandalke, Jackie Rogers and Marlene Mitchell (Marquez); his stepdaughter Juliana Palomino; and his stepgrandsons, Alexander, Daniel and Nicholas. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
