He is survived by: his mother Jacqueline "Jackie"; his sisters, Ashley (Kyle Gielow), Hailey (Alexander Bartilotta) and Kelsey (Zack Bogeart); his nieces and nephews, Austin, Dominick, Alexander, Jr., Kyleigh, Emma, Addison and Avery; and his grandparents, Marlene Bloniarz and Peter Passuntino (Cindy). He is also survived by his aunts, uncles, cousins.
