It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marilyn June Ballschmiede (West Dundee, Illinois), born in Elgin, Illinois, who passed away on January 30, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert T. Herold and Caroline Herold; her husband Robert F. Ballschmiede; her brothers, Charles R., Bob and R. William Herold; and her granddaughter Lana DeShaw.

She is survived by: her children, Robert H. (Kay), Richard (Ruth), Susan Lazenby (Greg), Ronald (Carol), Randall (Wendy) and Karri Klemmer (Richard); her grandchildren, Laura Waller (Mike), Amy Duncan (Jeff), Brandon Ballschmiede (Lindsey), Christina Freund (Douglas), Stephen Lazenby, Ronald Ballschmiede (Mary), Rebecca Caden (Tim), Michael Ballschmiede (Laura), Kyla Norman (Ryan), Kevin, David Klemmer (Rebecca) and Christopher Klemmer (Nikki); her great grandchildren, Kody, Jesseca, Nathan, Brodie, Eliza, Crosby, Ethan, Ava, Mason, Madison, Jakob, Sophie, Hailey, Annie, Laney, Easton, Carson, Landon, Allison and Charlie; and her great great grandchild Addy.
