She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward R. Combs and Lois I. Combs; her boyfriend Patrick W. "Pat" Gatenby; and her brothers, Edward R., Jr., David L., Jack R. and Kenneth C. Combs.
She is survived by: her children, Lisa Combs and Nathan Combs (Angela); her grandchildren, Teighlor Voltz (Josh), Mackenzie, Kacie, Elizabeth and Madilyn Combs; her great grandchildren, Arhi and Scarlette; and her siblings, Diane Reid (Johnny), Linda Caldwell, Steve Combs (Gayla), Larry Combs, Lori Burris, Jane Gatenby and Terry Combs (Karen). She is also survived by grandma and great-grandma and was very proud of her family.
