He was predeceased by: his parents, Rosalino Petrella and Marie Petrella (Surgot); and his siblings, Roy Petrella and Patricia Petrella. He is survived by: his children, Margaret, Joseph (Kathryn), Deborah and Keith Petrella; his brother Michael Petrella (Terry); his nephew Victor Petrella (Gwen); his close friend Barbara Traver; his children, Andrew Traver (Rebecca), Matthew Traver (Adriane) and Carolyn Traver; and also, Anthony, Dominic, Vincent, Brandon, Logan, Meagan and Bryson. He is also survived by his nine grandchildren, his four great-grandchildren.
