She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Stumpf and Blanche Tobin Stumpf; her sister Joyce M. Wagner; her brother-in-law Bernard R. Wagner; and her husband Richard J. Billings.
She is survived by: her children, Dianna B. Weglarz (Doug) of Wheaton, Lisa Delphais (John) of Exton, PA and Doug (Jennifer Phelan) of Burlington, NJ; her grandchildren, Elizabeth, Joseph, Nicholas Delphais, Maggie and Lucy Weglarz; and her great grandchild Jared Ortiz.
