Schiavoni (West Dundee, Illinois), born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on February 2, 2024, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Tillema and Minnie Tillema; her husband Julius Frank Schiavoni; her daughters, Catherine Schiavoni and Lillian R. Romanek; her sons-in-law, Gerald M. Olson, Steven J. "Soupy" Meyer and Leonard W. Romanek; and her granddaughter Pamela Romanek.
She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Westerlund, Diane Olson (late Gerald M.) and Joann Meyer (late Steven J. "Soupy"); her grandchildren, Len Romanek (Jennifer), Ed Romanek (Lori McGavock), Dori Reed (Mark), Julia Rusinak (Jeff), Stephen Westerlund (Krissy), Stephanie Knight (Grady), Daniel Olson, Alison Luehring (Patrick), Grace Westerlund (Matt Mielke) and Emily Schmitt (Leland); and her sister Lucille Gabitz. She is also survived by her 16 great-grandchildren, her many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Instead of flowers, memorials may be made to the Advocate Hospice.
