She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward and Esther; her husband Waren E. Cook; and her brothers, Arthur and Edward Sparn.
She is survived by: her children, James W. Cook (Heather) and Linda Lister (Craig); and her grandson Timothy James Cook. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made either to the Salvation Army, Kane County Senior Services Associates, or Meals on Wheels.
