She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Downing and Ocle Downing. She is survived by: her children, Paul Ropinski (Lucy Brandi), Amy Ropinski, David Ropinski (Rebecca Cory) and Mary Ropinski (Douglas Warden); her granddaughter Brandi Ropinski; her sister Deanna "Dee" Patryka; and her grandchild Smith. She is also survived by cousins, friends, and neighbors.
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Miller Funeral Home (504 W Main St, West Dundee, IL 60118). A burial was held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 at the Dundee Township East Cemetery (420 Dundee Ave, East Dundee, IL 60118).
