He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry S. Johnson and Theresa Johnson; his former wife Elaine I. King; his wife Sally M. Krahn; and his brothers, Richard and James Johnson.
He is survived by: his children, James (Greg Johnson), Patricia Goldberg, Dale, Donald, Jr. (Judy), Cheryl Harrison (Don) and Susan Lohman (Ken). He is also survived by his 13 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, as well as his nieces, nephews, and friends.
