She is survived by: her children, Matthew (Vicky), Michael Pelka (Lesley) and Sandra M. Pelka; her grandchildren, Dr. Bryan Pelka (Kalah), Dr. Michelle Mathevosian (Sipan), Cheryl Kral (Sam) and Rachel Pelka; and her great grandchild Lily Pelka.
