He was predeceased by: his parents, Irvin Dvorak and Frances Dvorak; and his brother Bob. He is survived by: his wife Lelia Kay Lock Dvorak; his daughter Deborah Williams (Justin); his grandchildren, Micah, Reese and Levi of Greenwood, IN; his great grandchild Andrew Dvorak (Rachel); his sister Barbara Russell (Scott) of St. Cloud, FL.; his daughter-in-law Sue; and also, Hannah and Ethan of Magnolia, TX. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 17th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Pleasant Hill Community Church (26W401 Geneva Rd, Wheaton, IL 60187). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Woolson Friends Church (1005 Jasmine Ave, Richland, IA 52585).
