He was predeceased by: his parents, Nancy Schenck and Orville Howen; and his brothers, Eric Howen and Mark Howen. He is survived by: his wife Michelle Howen; his daughters, Melissa Howen (Dustin Heilmann), Monica Howen (Steve Morris), Melinda Clark (Joe Clark) and Emily Verdegan (Travis Verdegan); his grandchildren, Payton, Jeanette, Meadow, Emma, Caitlyn, Madison, Lillian, Allison, Scarlet, Joey, Aaron, Olive and June; his sisters, Lori Hudson (Rich) and Lisa Fuhrimann (Hans); and his nieces and nephews, Jackie, Cameron, Cody, Kara, Jaime, Ian, Josh and Ryan.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the DuPage Cremations, Ltd. and Funeral Chapel (951 W Washington St, West Chicago, IL 60185). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
